03Enrollment & Student Information

Students are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration or enrollment.

  • You must provide correct name, contact details and other requested information.
  • You must keep your account/login credentials confidential.
  • One student's access must not be shared, resold, transferred or distributed to others unless expressly authorized in writing.
  • We may contact enrolled students regarding course access, support, assessments, certificates and important service updates.

04Course Fees & Payment

Course fees are displayed on the website or communicated through authorized enrollment channels. Fees may vary between courses and may be changed for future enrollments.

  • Enrollment becomes effective after successful payment and/or confirmation by the institute.
  • Students should retain their payment confirmation or transaction reference.
  • Do not make payments through unofficial persons, links or accounts claiming to represent TARA INFOTECH.
  • Any applicable taxes, payment-gateway charges or other disclosed charges will be handled according to the information presented at checkout/enrollment.

05Course & LMS Access

For online courses, access may be provided through the institute's LMS/student portal after successful enrollment and payment.

  • Access credentials are intended only for the enrolled student.
  • Attempting to share, duplicate, scrape, download or redistribute protected course content may result in access suspension.
  • Technical interruptions can occasionally occur because of internet, hosting, maintenance or third-party service issues.
  • Where a course is described as having lifetime LMS access, this means access for the enrolled course through the institute's LMS, subject to continued availability of the service and compliance with these terms.

06Learning Materials & Course Content

Course videos, PDFs, notes, assignments, graphics, presentations, templates, recordings, software resources and other learning materials are provided for educational use.

Students must not reproduce, sell, publish, upload, distribute, sublicense or commercially exploit institute-owned or licensed course content without written permission.

07Assessment & Certification

Certificate eligibility may require completion of lessons, assignments, assessments, forms, attendance or other requirements applicable to the selected course.

  • Certificates are issued only after applicable requirements are completed and verified.
  • Certificate format may be digital, printed, or both depending on the course/service.
  • A certificate confirms course completion/participation as applicable; it does not by itself guarantee employment, promotion, admission, income or professional licensing.

08Cancellation & Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the course, enrollment channel and the institute's applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Students should review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before making payment.
  • Once digital course content or LMS access has been activated, refund eligibility may be limited where permitted by the applicable policy.
  • Duplicate or erroneous payments should be reported promptly with proof of payment.
  • Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment method or banking/payment gateway.
This page contains general terms. The specific Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to your purchase should be read before payment.

Students are expected to use the website, LMS, classroom and support channels responsibly and respectfully.

  • No harassment, abusive behavior, threats, fraud or unlawful activity.
  • No unauthorized access to another student's account or institute systems.
